Abba as you've never heard it

I am still really busy, so in lieu of a real post I am going to share a song from a gorgeous young Australian artist. I am a little spooked by the fact that this boy is the same age as one of my daughters. That must mean I am older than 25 after all!

The clip is shot in a popular Australian radio station aimed at the youth market. Everyone listens to it in our house as we're all young (or young at heart). Each week they invite a different artist or band to the studio to do a cover version of their own choice.

Enjoy!

I am not exactly an Abba fan, but I love this version.

This is so very funny. I woke up this morning and you were my first thought, precisely because I mislaid my thank you to you in my blahg birthday post.

If you've been very busy, you might not yet have noticed but give me a couple of hours to sort things out and your name will magically appear in my post of Sunday, April 5th. Thank god for the flotsam and jetsam mysterious workings of the human memory.

And, for my lapse, I was cursed with Dancing Queen when I stopped over to copy your address for the link! Serves me right. His version is beautiful but ABBA's got stuck in my head for days recently. Make it stop! Make it stop!

See you soon and hope your busyness is bringing you a bit of pleasure.

Amitiés,

LF, I had quickly read through yours, but hadn''t expected a mention. After all, I am a newbie ;-)

Thank you for thinking of me. I will go back again now that I have slowed down a little with work (and yes, thanks, it was all work I enjoy)
